About Aaron
Aaron is a registered psychologist with a compassionate and warm approach. He creates a safe, supportive space in which clients can feel comfortable bringing their entire selves to session without judgment, and where they feel empowered to explore the full depths of their experiences. He has previously worked with a vast array of presentations, with particular focus on anxiety, depression, self-esteem issues, stress, unrelenting standards, and sleep issues.
Aaron’s favoured therapeutic approaches include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness approaches, having trained in Vipassana mindfulness meditation and conducted research in the area. Aaron sees therapy as an opportunity for clients not only to reduce distress, but also to facilitate flourishing through deep examination of the self.
